What do I do if my child is unwell?
Please ring the centre and advise staff that your child will not be attending. However, fees will still be payable.
Does your centre have a pre-school/ school readiness program?
Yes our Kangaroos participate in comprehensive activities on a daily basis in a special Kangaroo room which will assist your child to develop the skills for a smooth transition to school. (see our program)
Am I required to give notice to withdraw my child from the centre?
Yes 2 weeks written notice is required to ensure your deposit is refundable.
Who can pick up my child?
Upon enrolment parents/ caregivers will be required to complete a authorised pick up list which includes person’s name, relationship to child, address and phone number. If you are unable to collect your child, then only a person on the authorised list with photo identification can collect your child. We also recommend you let the centre know that someone other than yourself will be collecting the child.
Am I able to breastfeed my child whilst attending your centre?
Yes we are happy to feed child a bottle containing expressed breast milk or you can pop in and do so in a private room.
Documents needed when enrolling:
- A completed enrolment form
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Your child’s immunisation history statement
- A copy of any court orders or parenting plan (if relevant)
- Your holding deposit of $200.00
- Both yours and your child/ren CRN numbers (if relevant)
